“The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Helen truly shines with its unbeatable downtown location, making exploration on foot effortless. While some rooms offer a quiet, comfortable retreat, the spa tubs presented a recurring challenge with water seepage. Still, the attentive staff and the inviting atmosphere, especially the complimentary coffee, make it a solid base for enjoying Helen's surroundings.”
